DIRECTOR - BUILDING SERVICES
Blake is a Director of ENTEC Consultants and has 18 years’ experience in consulting engineering; actively involved in the design, documentation, and site supervision of a broad range of hydraulic and fire services projects.
Experienced in all aspects of hydraulic and fire services design, Blake brings an intimate understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination to projects. Blake has been actively involved in the design, documentation, and construction supervision for a vast range of multi-discipline building services projects, including defence, fuel infrastructure, educational, commercial, retail developments, health, and large industrial and warehousing developments including various fully automated facilities.

Nathan Pearce
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - CIVIL
Nathan is the Civil Engineering Lead at ENTEC Consultants and has 15 years’ experience in consulting engineering.
Nathan’s experience includes working on a wide range of developments in sectors such as industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, aged care, defence, education, and public domain infrastructure.

Judson Roberts
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - UTILITIES
Judson is the Utilities lead at ENTEC Consultants with 20 years’ experience in in consulting engineering, and a passion for designing and delivering WSAA based Civil & Hydraulic Infrastructure.
As a Utilities Lead and accredited Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC), Judson applies his in-depth knowledge and experience, within complex brownfield environments, to risk identification and propose mitigation strategies; focussing on minimisation of delays and cost increases relating to design, construction, or authority processes.
Judson’s hands on approach to design, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement drives best for project outcomes for our clients.

Dustin Hansen
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - FIRE & MECHANICAL
Dustin is an Associate Director and Fire/Mechanical Services Engineering Lead at ENTEC Consultants and has 15 years’ experience in consulting engineering.
Dustin’s experience includes a wide range of projects from hospitals, high hazard warehouses and hangars, retail, residential, and variety of public works projects
Dustin has been a lead building services engineer for multi million dollar projects such as Western Sydney Airport Fuel Farm, Green Square Mirvac development, variety of fuel farm projects located in Australia and the United States. He is results oriented with emphasis on client satisfaction and delivery.

Ryan Bourne
ASSOCIATE - HYDRAULICS
Ryan is an Associate of ENTEC Consultants with over 12 years’ of experience in the building construction industry as a Plumber, Drainer & Gasfitter and as a Hydraulic Revit Designer. This mixture of office and site experience means that Ryan can anticipate constructability issues and mitigate them in the design phase before they become an issue on-site.
Ryan is experienced in all aspects of hydraulic design including the design and documentation of water, fire, sewer and gas supply for buildings and internal site infrastructure reticulation in a range of multi-discipline building projects including, large industrial and warehousing developments, multi-storey residential, aged and health care, retail, commercial and education.
Ryan’s ability to communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders including, clients, project managers, architects, service consultants and contractors means that he has become a trusted advisor on his projects and a key project leader within ENTEC Consultants.

SENIOR BUILDING SERVICES CONSULTANT
Rob is a Senior Building Services Consultant with ENTEC Consultants and has over 35 years’ experience in consulting engineering; actively involved in the design, documentation, and site supervision and peer review of a broad range of hydraulic and fire services projects including recent Schools Infrastructure and Health Infrastructure.

George Pattalis
SENIOR BUILDING SERVICES CONSULTANT
George is a Senior Building Services Consultant with ENTEC Consultants. George has over 35 years’ experience in the fields of Hydraulic and Fire Protection Services, master planning, coordination, design, and supervision for infrastructure and building projects.
George has experience working in the Health, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential, Education, Heritage, Sporting Facilities and Aged Care sectors, and has successfully delivered a broad range of Government projects at Federal, State and Local levels.
George is a Sydney Water Corporation (SWC) accredited Designer and Project Manager for water and sewer main infrastructure and as a result has developed specialist expertise in site feasibility studies and services master planning.
George has also served on the executive committee of HCAA for numerous years, as well as several Works committees.
